What is "Majison"??
Madison is often pronounced “Ma-ji-son” in Japanese, and it can be expressed in Japanese writing phonetically in various ways.
We think it should be expressed as 本気村 which means "Earnest Village" in Japanese. 本気（read “Honki” or “Maji”）means earnest or serious, and 村（read “Mura” or “Son”） means village.

そもそも”Madison”は日本語ですと「マジソン」と発音される事がよくありますが、ではなぜ繰り返すような名前なのか？当て字ではありますが、このMadisonを漢字で「本気村」と表現できるような村づくりをしたいという願いが込められています。
